Monday, Sept. 17:
Depart Boston on an overnight flight to a European gateway airport early evening.
Tuesday, Sept. 18:
Make a connecting flight into Prague arriving mid-morning. Upon arrival you will enjoy a Panorama tour of the city. (D)
Wednesday, Sept. 19:
Visit St. Vitus’s Cathedral. You’ll then enjoy some free time for further exploration or just to relax. (B&D)
Thursday, Sept. 20:
Enjoy a scenic drive to Krakow arriving mid-afternoon. (B&D)
Friday, Sept. 21:
This morning enjoy a three hour guided tour of the city. After lunch spend the afternoon at Lagwieniki, “Divine Mercy Shrine,” visiting the Shrine and the Basilica made famous by Saint Faustina. (B&D)
Saturday, Sept. 22:
A very moving experience today as we visit Auschwitz and also visit Wadowice, the birthplace of Blessed John Paul II. Before returning to Krakow, visit the only salt mine in Europe.

Sunday, Sept. 23:
We travel north today to the pilgrimage city of Czestochowa where we will find the miraculous icon of the Black Madonna. We overnight here. (B&D)
Monday, Sept. 24:
This morning we depart for Warsaw but enroute we will stop at the small town of Niepokalanow (City of the Immaculate) a Catholic religious community near Warsaw.
Here we visit the basilica of the Virgin Mary and the Franciscan Monastery founded by St. Maximilian Kolbe. We arrive in Warsaw late afternoon. (B&D)
Tuesday, Sept. 25:
After breakfast, see this beautiful city on a guided tour. The afternoon you are free to do last minute shopping or just relax prior to our returning to the U.S. tomorrow. (B&D)
Wednesday, Sept. 26:
After breakfast depart for the airport for our return to Boston via a European gateway city. After clearing customs, we return to Lewiston via chartered bus. |
