Wed. May 16th:
Depart from Bidde-ford for Logan Airport via bus then overnight flight to Naples, Italy.
Thu. 17th:
Arrive in Naples late morning after making a connecting flight. Then a short drive to Pompeii for your highlight visit of this Roman city, destroyed and preserved by an eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. See a patrician home, public baths, and shops that give a striking picture of what day-to-day life was like back then. Back to Naples for two nights.

Fri. 18th:
After an early Mass, enjoy a ferry ride to the Island of Capri across the beautiful Bay of Naples. After visiting the island you will take a short ferry ride to Sorrento to visit the city and part of the Amalfi Coast. A special treat awaits you on your return to Naples. (B&D)
Sat. 19th:
Depart early for a beautiful trip across Italy to San Giovanni Rotondo to visit the places associated with Saint Pio, such as the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace which houses the tomb of Saint Pio. Hopefully Fr. Labarre will be able to celebrate Mass there. Also visit the his room, the confessional and the Crucifix from which Saint Pio received the stigmata. Then enjoy a scenic drive along the Adriatic Sea to Lanciano. (B&D)
Sun. 20th:
Visit the Sanctuary of Eucharistic Miracle and attend Mass before we depart for Rome arriving late
afternoon. (B&D)
Mon. 21st:
Free morning to sleep in. Afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Imperial Rome visiting the Coliseum, and the Roman Forum to name but a few places you will see. (B&D)
Tue. 22nd:
Free day to take in the optional tour of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel . (B)
Wed. 23rd:
Attend the weekly general audience of the Pope (subject to his being in Rome) . (B&D)
Thu. 24th:
This morning you experience the Christian Tour of Rome, visiting St. Paul Outside The Wall, St. John Lateran Basilica and The Catacombs. Afternoon free and tonight enjoy a Farewell dinner with wine. (B&D)
Fri. 25th:
Depart for airport for return flight to Boston then bus to Biddeford. (B)
