Mon. April 30th:
Depart Lewiston via chartered motorcoach for Logan Airport in Boston for your overnight flight to Lis-bon, Portugal via a European gateway.
Tues. May 1st:
Arrive in Lisbon and enjoy a Pano-rama tour which will stop at the birthplace of St. An-thony of Padua, and the nearby Cathedral where he was baptized. You’ll then leave for Santarem where you will visit and Fr. Bob will celebrate Mass at St. Stephen’s Church, site of the Eucharistic miracle. After Mass proceed to Fatima, your home for three nights. Wed. May 2nd:
Visit the sites of Fatima. Participate in the beauti-ful candlelight procession this evening. (B &D)
Thurs. May 3rd:
Retreat Day. (B&D)
Fri. May 4th:
After breakfast and Mass at the shrine, depart for Porto, visit the Cathedral, the church of St. Francis. Then continue to Santiago de Compostela, your home for two nights.
Sat. May 5th:
Enjoy a walking tour of the Old City which will include a visit to the tomb of St. James and other religious monuments. Then you will have free time to explore. (B&D)
Sun. May 6th:
After Mass leave for Avila traveling through the beautiful Plains of Spain arriving late afternoon. Your home for the next two nights. (B&D)
Mon. May 7th:
After Mass visit the sites associated with St. Theresa of Avila, the convent of the Incarnation, the Carmelite cloister of St. Joseph, the con-vent of St. Theresa, the monas-tery of St. Thomas and the Ca-thedral. (B&D)
Tues. May 8th:
After Mass we’ll take a short ride to Madrid and upon arrival en-joy a Panorama tour of this beautiful city. You’ll have the rest of the day free to ex-plore further. Your home for the next two nights. (B&D)
Wed. May 9th:
After Mass, you’ll have a free say to explore the many museums or the many beautiful churches. (B&D)
Thurs. May 10th:
Early morning transfer to the airport for return flights back to Boston. After clearing U.S. Customs board your chartered bus back to Maine. (B)
